Maybe they ended up getting in to a lot of trouble by getting totally drunk and do random embarrassing sh!t on Kat's previous birthday/s she is joking about that. Some people are weird like that I have noticed... They don't understand people might misconstrue rude inside jokes, inappropriate nick names without knowing the context.

But yeah, there is a chance Zoya does not like Vicky for a professional reason nothing to do with Kat.
