I too think the same remember how in the dream before engagement it was shown until Aarohi unites them akshu won't accept it. When Aarohi gets a clarity that their is no hope for abhi or when she knows her true self maybe exposed maybe then she herself will become a mahaan in front of everyone save herself and start playing her cards out.

Abhi is a little slow in the head but at least he is hella protective aur phir ek bhar Akshu bahu bankar ghar mein aa toh jaye phir Naira ki tarah baap-beta milap mission aur phir Akshu sab ki fav …unless somehow Arohi takes credit for that too #creditchorni
