Hmm I understood some of this and not all of this.

Third generation is a bit similar to DMG and not just because of the medical background. Haan but DMG was better because it was all about the young interns, less of maa sasur involvement.

They should have followed the DMG vibe tbh. Light-hearted fun where we were invested in all the characters. Aur jab koi serious topic ho, the characters knew how to buckle up. But yahan toh har roz drama overdose milta rehta hai.

I think the target audience is different hence they opted for this heavy drama. DMG was watched mostly by teens and young adults whereas YRKKH is made up of different age groups.

But yes DMG was better because we didnt just like the main leads, we liked all the characters like Atul and anjali etc. I feel Neil can be the atul and Arohi is similar to anjali but haan anjali was never immature and neither did she waste her time over a guy.

I told yall to trust the makers. Dream or no dream, those pics are just out of this world. They look so hot!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Btw I watched Tadap recently and they had the same bike scene as the yrkkh team just released. Maybe this is an indication that I should watch Devdas so we get the following scenes with Abhira with the same outfits and intensity
