For a change I found this genuine...Genuine in a way she talked about not going back to the family to celebrate festivals.. Its heart wrenching to accept that change.

Everytime I think about it, it kind of gets me in a very panic zone..You knwo the feeling where however empowered and independent you are, the way the society is, there would be a line between you and your family, even thought a feeble one, it would be there...Something that men would not face. and only women would have to deal with.

I can totally relate to that. It doesn't matter how far you stay from your family because of work or how scarcely you can met them, the thought of getting married and as you said creating a line between us is daunting. I know we are asked to look at it positivey like, it isn't as if we are losing a family but actually gaining one, but in our anxious mind, it feels like we are trading ours for another.
And all this is when we already live apart and when we don't even have to adjust much after marriage since most couple also have job elsewhere, and when we have come quite far and now the girl's family still considers her their own. God only knows how our mothers did it
Neil jaane dega re. Ye toh bas emotional ho gayi
Very true. It will take time to register marriage with Virat... Since the poor girl was already married to Aashna
