I respectfully disagree to the bold. I have criticized Ankit on this very forum but Fateh is Fateh cause of him. You can hate him, you can love him but you cannot ignore Fateh. He is very difficult character to play, he is very inconsistent, impulsive, very indecisive, selfish, self centered at times, immature to the core. You need lots of guts and gumption to accept such flawed character and portray it decently on TV without being termed as antagonist. I meant to say is - when I mentioned ...fateh is written that way - totally different than character of angad is written! Angad meant to be calm, mature and sorted while f meant to be dilfenk ashik type, irresponsible... started with stalker turned into ibadati lover! (here I am talking character fateh only, not the person playing it).

It is both - character sketch and actor(s) - if someone else (one of fine actors) would have played it - fatejo would be loved still - but at different level based on actor's expertise / style / comfort level.

I started watching this show for Tejo (Priyanka later), she was this strong willed, no nonsense girl, educated and working leading lady. I had hopes of seeing a beautiful journey of a flawed to the T male lead and perfection personified female lead. They were different yet so similar. They had burden of their respective family's expectation. Their dreams were side-lined somewhere to fulfil their elders wishes. They always had a common ground to start off with. I had always believed this story is about FaTejo.

After butchering Fateh for months, they have finally started his 360 degree turn. Fateh need to go through grinds His growth arc is in right direction but Tejo is stagnant. She is still committing same mistake and not learning her lessons.

I have realised that we just say that we will leave this show but this bad addiction is not leaving us anytime soon! Most of us don't watch the show anymore but still drop in here for updates and to see where the story is heading. There's must be some reason that just ain't letting us move on completely! I watch few episode just to come and start conversation on the forum🤣 I love playing devil's advocate...😆
