Abhi was more angry over the pr thing so guess for PR sake harsh must have taken neil whose parents must have died in birla hospital.

Hope its not that neel belongs to bat family and thats y arohi is calling him chamkadhar ....

When they can show manjari treated with havan despite having such a big hospital and all doctors at home.... They can show anything

yeah its all abt neil😔Neil is illegitimate son of harsh adopted happily by manjiri like Kal ho na ho Jaya bacchan adopt that lil girl ( preity zinta's sister) but here harsh is alive but in film father did suicide out of guilt😕

But harsh is absolutely awful to neil, so it makes no sense if neil is his actual son. And then that mahima's husband awkwardly said that neil is LIKE a son, which is makes it sound more like he is adopted and not related to the family at all.
