I don't see the point a mother being bashed for being a mother. I've a mother too and I treat her as a friend, the same way Abhi treats his mom and I won't mind my mother being in my business and me in hers.

True, I overlook the Manjari degrading posts here and although she's a character, I really like her and she's a mother, blame her for a ship which isn't even a ship tbh. Like, argh

Just saw this thread. Can’t believe i missed it all day!

I think a good show (though I have no experience with this show before this season) or movie should be able to show that their characters are all grey. Like in real life. Manjiri isn’t perfect. Nor is Harsh. There may be villains - who are all bad. And maybe Harsh will turn out to be one of those. But in general most characters will be shades of great. Some close to whiteish grey and others almost dark grey.
Personally, though it may be unpopular to say on this thread, I find shades of good in Harsh who is the baddie as of now, and for the first time today I saw a shade of good in Mahima too. I waiting to see a shade of good in Manish, though! I’m sure the same will apply to Akshu and Harsh as well.
I can see that if people go too far in their criticism of a character you like, it can be very frustrating.

Ik it's the makers who will ultimately kill all good characters and make the fight Abhira which is typical in all shows.

And ik Manjari is naive, she's not street smart as the others and jumps to do anything without thinking, more like reckless and which in some way could be considered stupid and I've nothing against it, her character is that way.

It's just butchering her character before the makers make no sense, and supporting Harsh or Mahima who have just been plainly arrogant and abusive over Manjari because she mentioned Arohi once is more stupid.

They can’t be compared.

To make my stance clear - I am not supporting harsh and never have. Harsh was never good according to me.

As far as mahima - she was good yesterday but bad previously.

Manjiri has been very consistent with jumping in the water without knowing how to swim.
