I don't think I can bash Imlie. There is no character in the entire show who has suffered the way Imlie did. Aru ji is experiencing loss and that is the root cause of his strange behavior. Imlie still manages to smile trough her hardships, wheareas a simple thing as smile is difficult to break on his face
