Just the essence. The vamp sister in the bengali one is super duper scary. to look as well as in action.

The girls are not doctors only the ML is a doc in the serial. And the FL is a accomplished singer and her guru loves her. lots of semiclassical songs in the series. Its more rustic/simple with a scary vamp. not a happy feeling serial.
