I don't think...personal relationship will be the reason.Problem KV ke better half ko ho sakta hai....agar hui toh Deba nahi par KV would unfollow her😆But I don't think his better half have problem ... nahi toh KV kabhi bhi yeh saab nahi kar patey...aur na hi Deba se itna free ho patey😆Aur waise bhi ...MV khatam ...unka meet up bhi khatam.KV busy in doing his commitments and Deba again will be busy with her....

I think it's for a role. He always says he tries to change his body type according to roles. He changes his diet and gym schedule to align his body type to the role. And he likes doing that.

Quite an effort as an actor. For SS he lost weight to get a lean body type..as opposed to arjun from mangalam dangalam where he looked bulked up.
