SMP impressed me so much with her professionalism. Inspite of not being very active in SM she is doing her job in promoting her song. Happy for this.

A lesson for her more "popular" friends. They really need to learn about promotions!

Their fan bases can do that for them so they are not bothered I think.🤣

Irrespective of popularity once they sang(whether it's small or big) I believe they should give time to promote it. Their promotion may or may not help much but still it shows they own that song in my opinion.

What I have marked in bold above is the main point. Regardless of small or big, free or paid, like it or not, etc. you have to stand by your work.

Personally I felt there was little bit of autotune to make her voice sound different from what we have heard on stage. Also the overall composition sounded like it would have been an easy job for her, and did not take full advantage of all her capabilities and range - but that is to be expected because such songs are rare.

Nevertheless, I feel she did a great job.

Yup. I feel same.

But I really liked the fact that it's a simple melody. So music directors are not typecasting her to peppy or dance numbers which iam really happy about. I want her to sing all types of songs be it any language or genre. Hope she gets many more opportunities to show case her full talent.

SMP was able to get the folksy lingo and also the softer melodious part so nicely.

As she is just starting out, it would take some time for music directors to understand her strengths and tap them well. But a very good start.

Many more to come. She is up for couple of more recordings this week looks like. So there is lot more on the way from SMP in short term. I am expecting Liger next. Considering the stardom of cast and production house of Liger that will be big one. Hope SMP's song also is to that level.
