Okay am I missing something coz I have been busy with my exams and haven’t watched the entire episodes.

Police usually arrest the accused immediately in a molestation case irrespective of the fact whether he/she did it!!

Why haven’t I seen the police anywhere?!

When was bail granted

It is not child molestation act, many guys date girls on tinder and get conned under fake charges. If medical examination proves physical assault then it is a non bailable offense.
