I personally feel, like not as Abhi's SO or anything... Just as a fellow human, she should go and help him out. Irrespective of what her stupid family says

Exactly. I mean, I know the Goenkas aren't surgeons or even businesspeople for that matter (because all they do is sit at home), but everyone knows how damning these charges can be. Because of Manish's stupid ego, he's not allowing her to go, which could literally ruin Abhi's life.
