@pink- agree!! She can easily tell him she doesn't want to buy clothes here and I want to go somewhere else. Ram is a very easy going person. He would be more than happy to go to the place of her choice and would probably even buy for himself enthusiastically😆

Everyone has problems in their lives. Its more about how we react to it. She has faced bad things in her life its true but she has many things to be thankful about as well. Just because two men betrayed her she doesn't have to be bitter towards everyone. Even when good things happen she doesn't take it happily but is sarcastic about it. Sometimes she should just take it easy and enjoy herself.

Actually the class difference here is huge Of course keeping aside ITV exaggerations and inconsistencies. For a girl like Priya , whose sisters were making fun of her, that she wears the same dress so many times, that surf stains became visible 😂, how will she be able to accept a 2 lakh saree without resistance.

She is not living in a rich family, its a filthy rich family. Ram decided to throw a laptop, because water spilled on it . His one suit is around 4 lakhs. These things will surely give Priya a heart attack .

I am liking the parallels between Priya and Shivi. Each having there own struggle. One has to let go a designer dress, another has to forcefully wear it !! The struggle is for real !!

She is kind of doing the same thing for Akki-Shivi marriage that Adi-Brindha are doing for PriRa.

And I am personally not quite liking the way people are putting PriRa in delusion. If things work out ,then fine, but if not then both these pure souls will be heartbroken once again. And both of them don't have it in them to handle another heartbreak. PriRa should be handled more sensitively, false hopes can be dangerous for their already fragile relationship.

In Akki-Shivi case, they have a foundation, already in love. Akki is in sync with Priya atleast till this point. He too likes doing things for Shivi, but it does not occur to him on his own. Priya is just reminding him of his responsibilities and that is harmless. Ofcourse if this irritates Akki and he starts doing things for Shivi out of obligation to his elder sister and not out of love, it won't be healthy !!

I can completely understand Priya being uncomfortable in that shop. 2.50 lacs ki saree and that too Priya would somewhere be feeling self conscious that she is not dressed up as much as others. She even asked Ram if he feels she should have worn something else.

And Priya even after marriage has been taking care of her own expenses so trying on the saree would lead to Ram buying it for her and she doesn't want that.

Why cant they tone down villains a bit? May be give them dialogues in better language like instead of Priya bhag jaayegi, Priya chhor kar chali jayegi would have sounded a bit classier. Basically saare villains are supposedly rich n classy but their language is not.
