I think this is a combination of the Pakhi fake pregnancy track and Shruti's track. Hopefully which means Sai will not believe it and bring out the truth or something.

I don't see Pakhi's pregnancy track happening. Though there's still an open door for it with Samrat clearly wanting to move ahead and Pakhi hesitant.
