How Sai is shown here, she is capable of being selfless. What makes her indifferent is that her insecurity that Virat gives more attention to other's kid than theirs. Thats why I was saying, if both of them adopt the child willingly, I can see that both Sai and Virat have enough compassion to treat that child as their own.

But their own trust issues made them behave like how they did.

When he is a married man him taking a decision of adopting a child without consulting sai about this itself is so wrong.

I agree to your point

But it is very difficult for a girl at 19yrs to look after a child whether adopted or not...if adopted more restrictions by laws...moreover she is a student..entire family taunting and manipulating her now have to carry the burden of her husband's guilt(not against adoption but there is a limit to which one can be self less here first virat must think of sai her dreams and aspirations at first)what rono did to emon was cruel only heartless guy can act like that.....it looks like sai have to live at misery due to virat's tantrums

If they are going for this route then it is better because no man who have an ounce of humanity in him would leave a pregnant woman behind to fend for herself especially when they were behind her husband’s death and that too when they personally knew the said husband.

However I think, and I have said it before too, that Shruti might take revenge on Virat and pull the he-is-the-father-of-my-child fiasco.

Now, here is what I think might happen. Virat will take Shruti's responsibiliy but won't tell anyone, not even Sai, coz if her identity is revealed then police will try to interrogate her...which would be the right thing to do given that she is Sada's wife and thus could have useful and potentially dangerous information. But Virat won't think of that coz, as I said before...he is not in Ravenclaw.

Then Shruti will take her revenge on him by telling everyone that Virat had kept her identity a secret coz she is his lover but now she can't bear it anymore as she is pregnant with his child.

And this is where Sai will show her absolute trust in Virat and Virat would feel overwhelm, because, if we think about it, then at this moment Sai would have every reasons to not believe Virat. He would have been ignoring her, and acting all mysterious around her for the past couple of days but even then She would trust him.

And I guess after this the confession will happen.

You guys have no idea how much I want to write an OS right now.

ETA: This entire story line developed by me has taken lots of turns throughout the course of replies and comments. For the final story...wait for my FF (TS? SS? Don't know, haven't figured that part out yet)

Oh my goodness.

We are on the same page....I thought the same thing👍🏼

Toh hi-fi.....😳

Cuz this makes absolute sense in this way. I don't know why, I have this like 1% in me telling Sai initially would have her soft side towards Shruti, as Shruti is pregnant and that is Sai Joshi we have. The golden heart girl. But when Shruti will play this, Sai will show absolute trust

And something tells me that Virat ka maha khulaasa on his wedding day will save him from this mess.😛

Lord Ram, still is termed as worst husband to have eventhough he spent his whole life in the memories of his wife.

These people are not good for the family, but they are more for the society. A

single relationship doesnt define a human being.

Sai chosing to go away from this person is totally understandable, but all I am saying is lets not take away the goodness in Virat's character and trivialize his decisions/intentions.

PS: I want to be friends with you Kumuda, so its ok if we disagree 😳. Try to see my opinion as one of the many. I might be wrong...Virat might turn out to be what you said. But till now in the story, that is what I understood and would like to put forward.

How beautifully how have put it yaar. I feel the same. I think Virats possessiveness and stupidity only emerges when it concerns Sai. He cannot think rationally maybe because he loves her too much and hasn't yet got the signal from her and so he fears losing her permanently. I think this single fact makes him do weird stuff when it's Sai.
