Watching this episode, all I could bring myself to do is wonder what the makers are up to? Like, for real. They have literally brought the story to a precipice where they have no qualms against endangering the only thing that still keeps us glued to the show - adilie.
We have gone from a separation over the matter of self-respect and trust to an all-guns-blazing ego clash between two equally strong, stubborn people. This is bizarre because the adilie we knew would never put their ego over each other, Adi especially. We are forced to see the exact opposite happening now, all in the name of pathetic contrivance. 🤔 The Adi who once followed Imlie all the way to PD when she left him, back when he didn't even realize he loved her, can't be bothered to do more to solve things between them? He can't be bothered to dig below surface level to find a hint of the truth even after Imlie has left him and is adamant on her decision not to return with no resolution? The man who was always ready to move out and live with Imlie separated from his family can't bring himself to ask MC to move out and live with her parents in a bid to at least try to bring his wife back home? Even if Imlie doesn't agree to return, at least she would see he's making an effort to meet her halfway. 😔
Hypocrisy has also been elevated to the next level. I am not saying that the way Adi reacted to the weird aarti scene was uncalled for. It was a very natural reaction for a man in his shoes. 😕 What was absolutely ridiculous was that not once after he gave her the dosti ka tanna did he have a flashback or an internal reflection over the many gehri dosti moments that Imlie has had to witness? Adi is not a man of double standards, then how can he not recall instances like the morning after Janmashtami, or the pooja for the baby where he sat with MC, and at least appreciate Imlie's grace with newfound gratitude? Dono taraf se sirf taane, tashan aur aasoonon mein hi baat khatam kyun ho jaati hai? 🤓
The writing is so loose, sometimes I feel like grasping at straws to make sense of things is simply pointless.
As far as Imlie goes, I really can't figure out how and why she's so comfortable with ASR's proximity. She's not giving him any wrong signals, of course, but their camaraderie has zero build-up and context. 
I can confidently say this because I have made it a point not to skip any Imlie-ASR scenes so far to understand where they are heading. ASR definitely seems to be softening towards Imlie, if not with his words then in his body language, but Imlie acting this chirpy and laidback with her boss' boss, the same one who has yet to speak to her and treat her respectfully even once, is very strange. Not at all believable to me. 👎🏼 That being said, at least it is evident that Imlie feels nothing for ASR. Whatever feelings emerge will be purely from ASR's side. While that will be used as a plot device to create more misunderstandings, we don't have to worry about the writers changing Imlie's belief system & her most basic core traits. I really hope the whole marriage with ASR angle doesn't come up, but even it does, she will always love Adi. If they were to mess even that up, this show will become a literal joke.
I am really, really hoping we get a PF soon. It's less for adilie now and more to watch MC reap what she's sowed. Justice should be served on a laden platter to this lady. 😡 Can't wait for the day she stops appearing on my screen. 😒

Happy anniversary to our Adilie - they honestly are the sweetest and most chemistrylicious couple there is (despite the people trying to ship the other). They really were the reason I came back to IF and will continue to be the reason I am still invested in the show (despite watching it for only 5 mins with all the FF)😆
Ladies… I am here to give a quick 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️.., of the epi… I agree with a lot of what u all said … imlie was just behaving like a spoilt child… I mean the aarthi scene with asr was cringeworthy to the max and I am so glad adi hinted to her that this was so not appropriate to behave in this way in the office … her colleagues are now goig to talk about nepotism and think she is favoured Everytime she achieves something… adi believes in building things from scratch and with hard work and he knows inlie is the same and he doesn’t want her efforts to be questioned.. yet ppl say adI is not interested in imlie development? That he wants imlie to stay the same and asr wants her to grow. Oh pls… adi let’s imlie be comfortable and has adopted or never stopped her on those things which is her character but in all the important things like her education, her career, her development he is the biggest proponent . Teaching someone to use chopsticks is not something great. Teaching them to speak English , to never lose out on studying that is a true partner
But now these writers have made imlie behave like a brat… telling adi off , so called childish antics with asr… it’s just so ott and they are doing this to show that inlie is behaving in some ways opposite to what her core nature is. Imlie has been childish at times but she has always behaved maturely when the situation calls for it and only her closest loved ones has seen her child like behaviour
As for asr . I really want to Puke at what ppl say is chemistry cos he is just behaving like an ass… invading her space, tieing a dupatta round her mouth, grabbing her. Is this necessary to show that he is a classist oaf and imlie will change hkm?? And now this talk of gar pravesh etc .. I mean come on.. inlie will never even unintentionally do something like that… and fk saying on sbs that all this happenings is due to sm blessings.. he needs to stop talking cos he is making sm and fate a joke by trying to associate ic with him and imlie.
the writers are trying to throw all this in cos now they want to show that adI is nibahooing this relationship alone whilst imlie is trying to move on. But the thing is to imlie this relationship is not broken. She still sees it as something that is like a kink in the road… but her love, her relationship her bond with adi is forever . So I don’t know what road these writers are going down.. I am beyond able to comprehend but I am so in love with Adilie that I am just hanging on and hoping that we get to them and just taken soon. It’s their journey .. not some deluded asr and Didi. .. but like aps said, we have to see more nonsense sadly… .I guess the good thing is look like next week we will get asr backstory as they seem to be filming that now .. not that I care so that family is Just so hopeless but maybe this means things are moving and with this they will show imlie sympathising with asr and family… then she will agree to stay in r house and adi will be hurt that his love, his heart, his life is trying to move on without him.
