It's a tie between Neeraj and Vedhika, as I can't decide who's the worst. One married his ex's sister, the other married her bf's business rival for some reason, and still keeps coming back to meet Ram without any shame, and her husband also let's her, which makes me wonder if its some open marriage between them.

Mahendra and Rakhi are shameless too, but the top two slots are definitely taken by PriRa's exes.
