This confirms that if the show does go Aryan/Imlie route, it'll be a relationship that inspires growth in the both of them. I.e.: it's not about who is perfect, but who is perfect for you. Chopsticks aren't for anyone until they try them for the first time. Life's obstacles aren't a reason to stay inside your comfort zone. She will only grow into who she wants to be if she challenges herself.

I just love that Aryan is being set up as her not-so-silent supporter.

I still can't get over when he pasted the giant-sized poster of her front-page article onto the wall. With Aditya watching almost comically. It was a pissing contest for sure. And Aryan was being very childish. But perhaps it was also symbolic?

I am also interested in what Imlie's love life will mean for her devotion to Sita Maiya.

I know she plans to return to Aditya once he realizes that she is innocent. She says it again and again.

It's the universe's strange workings that will instead let her story play out like Sita's. However instead of embracing martyrdom and remaining eternally devoted to someone who doubted her, I hope she will let it go and move on.

Bold: Pissing contest? maybe. Symbolic? Hell yes!

I don't think it was childish... it is very common for offices to celebrate great pieces of work. It shows that Aryan will always celebrate Imlie more than Aditya. She will always have a larger impact on him and a greater place in his life.

I will say Aryan is making her grow for the best. Adi used to ask her to 'be herself' whereas Aryan asks her to 'Prove herself' both are right in their respective places but I'll choose Aryan in this case because you can't always be in your comfort zone like you said life is about learning new things and making yourself better each day. Adi was in a way spoiling her saying ki never change and always be the Jhalli you are ...I am not saying it's wrong to be yourself but dude you gotta change not every person will take your crap. Not everyone will look at your jhalliness just the way Adi and Tripathi's do.

And this is where Aryan comes to show her to teach her how a person should be. Manners Are Important! Har cheez ki ek jagaha ek waqt hota hai. You can't always roam being a Jhalli. Sometimes is okay but not everyday. Each time.

Next week he's gonna teach her to eat noodles by chopsticks...Adi ne usse ye kabhi nahi sikhaya saying eat how you like and are comfortable. Ye baat ghar pe theek lagti hai but outside if you do this before 10 ppl then it's embarrassing. I am so happy Aryan is teaching her the basic things and manners.

And again like you said Challenges will make her grow and shine. Aryan knows she's capable of much more...that's is why he pushes and pressurize her.
