Dont think this is possible. If the writers keep Abhi's character consistent then he will always know who is doing it.

Absolutely, That is what it will be.

He never looked at Arohi when she hit his motorcycle. Abhi has zero interest in any girl.

He got interested in Akshara because of her singing. her voice tugged at his heart strings.

idea kamaal ka hai. I think this will be there too bcoz more than anything Mahima has to satisfy her ego here. She can’t take a chance with Arohi who proves to be her competitor come successor by all means (u guys understand😉 ).

She will make sure that Akshu is near Abhi all the time so that his feelings are ignited all the time and he cannot move on that easily given his emotional nature.
