i feel klaroline is the most superior ship in tvd even more so than delena/stelena..the fact that they didnt end up together but still have a huge fanbase speaks volumes too many fanfics have been written on them and they make it to the top two ships alongwith delena on the basis of popularity

And frankly, I am all okay with Delena too,

but now that I remember this detail, just makes me a little squeamish because I think that Isobel had approached Alaric telling him that she knows that he knows her daughter and had wanted to meet Elena for the device. So they all knew that Isobel is Elena's biological mother. If not so, then its okay.
