Saran are the most ridiculous characters I have ever seen. They don't care about anyone, karan the arrogant and superior complex and Sanju the heartless one. God knows why they made leads character like this. There is no growth in their character.
Heart ke bina to koi bui nahi reh sakta yaar. In Faizi's words, dil to hai lekin dhadakta kam hai.
Karan is proud of his duty, if not of himself, but not to the extent that he's arrogant. If he was, he would never have listened to Koel, been there for Faizi, had heard everything Sanj vented, let Sid enter the academy or helped Monu fight her dad. He does have a superiority complex, both of them do, but it's not like they don't want to be proved wrong. Karan has that because he is a natural leader, and has been just that for SanZi....and not like just 1 or two missions. Their bond makes it seem like they've known each other for years (prolly have). Sanj has a superiority complex because 1. She has spent time with Karan, learning from him. Picking up his traits, irrespective of whether they are toxic or not. 2. Coming from a place where no woman is ready to fight for herself, she believes standing up for herself is a big thing. It is. But if she was heartless, she would never have come with water for Sid, come to Monu to ask about her arm when she fell, shed tears for Koel, hurt herself for Karan and listened to what Faizi had to say when he did the whole close-your-eyes thing.
