They should send Abhi there for surgery but coincidentally the hotel doesnt have any rooms for Akshara so Abhi allows her to stay with him and tab hoga Pune wala pyaar

Then Arohi will find out and jump to the conclusion that Akshara had planned to travel with Abhi all along. She will inform goenaks and rumours will spread to Birlas. Harsh will pakka think Alshara is playing with his son and voila more drama with everyone blaming Akshara.

In todays segment they show akshu is going to pune institute for music studies.And goenka family was little upset but they agreed because of studies...arohi is rude with akshu by not accepting her hug. Voiceover was saying akshu is going so that arohi nd abhi can be closer...but that will not hppn because abhi will come to pune for akshu.
