Neil is calling akshu to aks her whereabouts but she is gets hit by a car and Neil hears her scream on phone.... Abhi will treat her in Hospital and Dr. Delusional comes to hospital and got to know about Akshu... She goes out of hospital in shock and falls in manholes and Neil saves her and she gets her saccha pyar 🤪

Ákshu gets bitten by a dangerous and venomous snake (sorry to disappoint but not aarohi) and is in really bad condition. People around her didn't know what to do with snake bite so they call ambulance but because of construction it will be coming late and akshu's condition worsens. Abhi is going by and is shocked to see akshu.

And because he is a SENSIBLE and EDUCATED man he won't go suck the venom out (which would probably have spread in the body) because if something goes wrong both will die. So he will do necessary first aid to make sure she doesn't die in his arms (which will leave him life broken) and takes her to hospital.

Don't know if he came in bike or car through 🤔but it doesn't matter if situation arises he can run with her in his arms to hospital 😍
