And you are correct most serials do have the ML as some business tycoon and the FL somehow ends up in the house as some assistance / servant person or working in the office with him.

So Akshu has to be his patient first 😆after her 5th accident she could come in complaining of acidity like the minister's daughter and unlike the minister's daughter Abhi will come rushing to take that case. Akshu can then later be hired by Mahima which then allows her to run freely between both places.
