Yes, I agree with you. The reason why doctors recommend having a baby well below the age of 35 is because having baby at or after 35 increases the risk of several diseases such as Down Syndrome and various others. However, the optimum age for having children is from late 20s to early 30s, not between 20 and 23 (that's way too young lol). Because while the age plays a factor for the well being of the child while it is inside the mother, the mental and physical status of the parents needs to be well for the well being of the child after it has been born.
But, I absolutely loved the fact that you pointed something like this out, because this is a kind of awarenss which is very rarely seen in people. Many a times I have seen people saying that age is not a factor and they refuse to get married even after they are crossing 30s, and being quite vocal that they do want a family sometime in the future but are not ready now. They believe that all the talks about age and everything are only because of the mindset of society (it is true, but only partially) They don't think of the science behind it. I am quite passionate about this because somthing like this had happened in my family. So, it feels quite nice to see someone being aware of it.
Hey thnx for the response! I was pretty sure it wud be ignored bcoz its right now anti-Sai.
But yes its kind of an important subject and I agree with u. 20 is a bit too early is what I felt too bcoz a girl wudnt hv completed her education itself at this age. And we all know pursuing education after a baby is not everyone's cup of tea and is no joke. But I think in the video that I saw, the doc actually recommended something around this age group. This seems to be the science behind the legal age for marriage for a girl as well I think.
