Baat seriously ki nahi hai par thoda to believable hona chaahiye na. Jo log ye show dekhte honge young ya middle-aged unhe kitna galat impression rahega medical field ka. Imagine some young fans wanting to do medical seeing Sai as role model. Haan shows ke characters dekh ke bhi log inspire hote hai. Sai vaise college topper hai aur Imlie shaayad kisi entrance exam me state topper hogi. As an average ek medical college me 500-600 students hote honge. And if Sai becomes a topper by hardly studying or going to college while many studying for 12+ hours not even coming in Top 10 will be a joke. Even in Kabir Singh movie, how can a guy like him be a topper? May be he studies at odd hours so it's somewhat believable. Also he at least attends college. But when Sai is ever shown going to college, attending long hours lectures, do practicals in lab including human dead body dissection and playing with different chemicals, completing fat book journals of 4 or more subjects, giving VIVA, giving written exams and so on? Main 11th aur 12th me science student thi tab bhi kitna hectic tha(later I left science as it was too much for me to continue). To ye to medical ka mazaak hai?
