fellowships in cardiothoracic surgery will only happen after Mch which is of 3 years , you cannot be a cardiac surgeon with just a fellowship after ms in surgery. Ctvs is a highly qualified field, thus requires Mch.

But this is talk of real world, they took a creative license so it is ok!

The educational process to become a cardiac surgeon is one of the longest in the medical field. Cardiac surgeons must complete four years of medical school, a 5-year general surgery residency and a 2-3 year specialized cardio or cardiothoracic fellowship.

And Abhimanyu has been practicing Surgeon for a few years because he is counted as one of the best and not a new surgeon. My guess is atleast 3 yrs of practice as a heart surgeon.

my own brother is super specialist and he took 9 years to complete..but it varies some super specialisation course take 3 years some take less.

Thank you for understanding. For me age does not really matter. But He is also counted as a popular Heart surgeon. But since you are stuck on the age I thought of clearing it. I still think he has to be 30-34yrs atleast.

And Akshara must be 25yrs old.

SInce she was 3months old when Naira passed ways then the second marriage took place at about 6-8 months after that why then she has to be atleast 11 months old. The Arohi and Akshara should have atleast - 19-20 months logically, I am hoping it to be more.

I think Abhimanyu's age doesn't matter because firstly because akshara isn't a teenager, she must be in her mid 20's and she is mature for her age due to all the traumas she has undergone, she lost her mom then her step mom, her father and finally a sister who hates her with all her being and keeps reminding her of the past traumas. She has continuously pushed her needs away to keep her sister first. She is empathic just like Abhimanyu is, who stands for his mother's rights in the birla house. They both have a connection with music and want someone to love them.

Akshara is a light which takes away Abhimanyu's darkness that is why he connected to her instantly. He also knows that Akshara will bring joy to his mother as well the only other one who matters to him.

Age does not matter for me at all. Its for another member.

Akshara and Abhimanyu have a deeper connection that is above coffee drinking and professions and rat race.
