It was a sweet episode. I liked that Abhi noticed how much Arohi means to Akshu. He saw her upset and she was tearful, not eating and worrying so much. And the smile on her face when Arohi was better. Hopefully he'll figure out the reasons for Akshu's future actions (I'm still clinging on to the hope that Akshu will not break Abhi's heart but everything is indicating towards that so )

I liked the Kuch Na Kaho part..they communicate through their eyes a lot so it worked for them but you're right they really need to speak..they can do their eye locks and kuch na kaho after a full fledged conversation. We heard Abhimanyu's side of things but Akshu also needs to tell him about her dilemma, why she kept quiet, why she felt that maybe she had misunderstood everything and Abhi might like Arohi..I really want them to talk.

Manjari said she'll send food for Goenkas..did that part get cut? I kind of felt that they'll all be together in the hospital for Diwali. But that didn't happen. Abhi and Akshu were thinking of each other and suddenly it's morning. VIP waiting rooms ka kya hua 😆 I got lost there for a moment.

Anyways, Aaru spouts some nonsense of coming to Abhi..if she would've hit her head maybe thodi akal aa jaati..Arohi is such a smart girl with so much potential but kya kare..isko aur bura banna hai abhi.

Abhimanyu is so happy that he's finally going to talk to Akshu. His mother is hopeful but there are so many things that could go wrong. Harshwardhan might do some jhol, Arohi might do some jhol, Akshu herself might do some jhol 🤔

Precap : Like I said, I want Akshu and Abhi to talk. Dream sequence ke liye puri zindagi hai. Baat karo guys. You can resolve everything by talking. I would rather watch a meaningful conversation between these two than watch a super romantic dream sequence.

I saw a Twitter comment and couldn't stop my laugh since morning yaar it really made my day. Their was this post stating abhi and aarohi's conversation in which abhi states.

" Aarohi you are akshu's little sister, then you are also my little sister " 🤣🤣

It was in hindi I am not good at typing in hindi so just translate in English itself. Imagine if abhi really said it to aarohi one day

Perfect....yehi bolna chahiyetha abhi ko tilak ke din pe hi.... Bolti bandh huyi hogi arohi ki ... Instead of saying Abhimanyu.... Dr..Abhimanyu Birla.... He could have told Call me Bhaiya.... Because thats what i am to u... Arohi herself would have resigned as intern....🤣

Thank you for your update💕I am already angry with Akshara after seeing the segment where she is going to reject him.Instead of fighting for her love he should now seriously let her be and ignore her till she comes to her senses.I feel so sorry for Abhi.😞
