1. I did like that it was Raavi who stopped the engagement, not the family members, even though the were helping. Both her dream and actual were on point, in the dream she stops it because Shive was hers, and in actual due to their marriage.

2. It all circles back to a) Shiva's dream at the start of the track, and b) how except for the divorce, Shiva has always given Raavi the reigns to navigate the relationship. He didn't even care if the police came, for him all that mattered was if Raavi stopped it.

- This track was always supposed to be about Raavi, since the start.That is why it had to be he who stopped the engament, not Shiva as many wanted. Everything Shiva experienced since the begining, now Raavi had to experience, they just put it all in one package, Disha. She was the female Dev in Shivi's story, Raavi's friends, the insecurity, the realization etc. Could it have been better written , YES, also Shiva & Suman collateral damage could have been avoided.

I didn't care who stopped the engagement. I wouldn't have minded even if it was Dhara who did it. For me the main reason for being upset with Shiva was him staying silent at all the venom Suman was spewing about outright on his face about Raavi being the one to not wanting to live with him.

He knew very well she'd been pleading to him up until the time they did the kaand behind the mandir.

He had no business staying quite because he was the one who said something obscene to her and she retaliated. I have NEVER not once felt he said that just because he wanted her to leave. No, that came afterwards, at the scene she stopped him from leaving the house and told him she'd leave instead because it isn't her home.

Up until then it was all anger.

Not to mention the divorce papers. I knew there wouldn't be an engagement and something is going to stop it. But seeing him silent all the while when Suman manhandled her in Friday's episode and up until today (meh its coming tomorrow too who am kidding) got to me bad. He should have been made to say something before, during or after (as I very well know it ain't happening now). I don't give two cents on how the engagement should have stopped but I do feel his apology is important not just for proceeding with the engagement but mainly because of not speaking anything when the supposed love of his life was being insulted.

from the segments we know that shiva wont be asked back to shivi room just yet lol glad raavi is keeping him at arms length for now he needs to make up a lot for his behaviour
