Might be rumor but iam hearing Octopus project may not continue because of their experience with first song failure. If true it would be very sad. Hope it's just a rumor.

I am not sure why it is called a failure because 12 M views is not commonplace.

But what you are saying is possible. You will remember that on this forum we have always questioned the business case, including myself. Where is the funding coming from and where they will recoup their expenses from?

12M views for HR albums is great because he is not spending much neither singers earning money from it. But Octopus spent quite a lot which is evident that's why they are at loss. In a way even every one part of that project will loose good money if that stops. May be they should evaluate their buisiness case as you mentioned and replan stuff rather than stopping it altogether( if the rumor is true).
