Raghav didn't repent anything. IMO he just emotionally blackmailed her by doing self harm and finally succeeded to get a chance from her.
Raghav didn't even give her a chance to process her feelings properly. Pallavi was the one who was wronged but he managed to make it all about himself successfully.

Raghav was doing everything that Pallavi asked him to do. It was her right to decide what punishment she saw fit. Abhi sirf jhadu marwaya toh ismein Raghav ki kya galti. He did as was instructed to get her forgiveness. It was her choice.
Pallavi was told everything by Raghav what viewers saw and still she chose to forgive her husband.
Abhi in the viewer group also, you saw his actions differently than I did, hota hai, it's all about perspectives, two people don't need to see eye to eye on things.
Similarly, Pallavi heard what happened and understood his situation, afterall she had been emotionally manipulated in the Mandar track as well, she knows what it does to your brains.
