Wouldn’t it have been simpler for Brinda to just tell Priya, in Ram’s presence, that it is Nandini who is desiring the annulment (if she doesnt want to insult N in front of Ram she can say it is out of N’s concern for his life), and not Ram. Why this elaborate method which has such a big risk of spoiling Ram’s public image and will surely cause embarrassment to both Ram & Priya. As if Brinda would not know this?!

It seems like a most absurd plot, even more absurd than the fake-turned-real paneer attack to bring Akki.

Sometimes u need to go the hardway to save a precious relationship. Priya might confront Nandini we know how she is than it will lead to more problems & issues b/w Ram-Priya becos Ram is very protective for his family

Brinda knows this she knows more Ram-Priya & how will they react even if Priya does not confront she will go with what Ram family say & Nandini is a manipulative🐍. So she took the hardway here and Brinda attack where it hurts Nandini the most thats her reputation status & class so it was masterstroke attack by Brinda...Job Well Done👍🏼

I do not think brinda could simply walk up to priya and say that the annulment papers were made by Nandini. One, ram will not appreciate that. And two, priya will just counter by saying ki banaye jisne bhi ho, Mr. Kapoor sign karne ke liye raazi toh ho gaye.

So yes, right now we need ram to break his maun vrat. He needs to tell loud and clear that he won't sign those papers.

As for the marriage news leak, I think it's a brilliant idea. First of all, it would not affect ram and priya negatively because the news is false. It is not a contract marriage and they both know it. So personally, safe plan. Rahi baat professionally, brinda knows it can cause damage and that is what she is counting on. Coz she knows nandini only cares about money and image. Specially with shubham's business venture just about to take off, she will not be willing to take any risks. Toh woh khud hi ram ko bolegi to continue this marriage for now till the news settles. And maybe finalllyyyy, we will get to see the story we all signed up for.

Finally Priya walks out of this farce of a marriage, but only to return👏

This is what my understanding is after watching episodes till last week and reading updates. I will wait to comeback after this show makes some sense to me. My 2 cents:

For Priya she has left her past and entered this marriage being full conscious of the institution.

Ram doesn't even consider this marriage to real or long term. His character turned out to be a façade of goodness behind shallowness.

Priya keeps telling him that she doesn't consider this a real marriage probably to remind herself as to with whom she ended with. Why would she want to tell the person the marriage is real for her when he openly professes love and loyalty to somebody else

Ram's friends are shallow and useless as him except Brinda who has some good intentions for him. But then where she has to make him face the truth, she doesn't.

With all the unnecessary plotting and planning to end Ram-Priya' s marriage, it would project better if they ended the marriage themselves and then try to start from friendship slowly to realize their feelings. Being forcefully made to stay together and fall in love doesn't work now. This plot may have worked in 80s, 90s or early 2000. Finally the CVs have made a hot mess of the show!!!
