My sister is a certified makeup artist, so I think I can comment (have been observing my sister working on ad and film projects).
Tejaswi has no sense of makeup or fashion. Her face always looks oily and there is something off about her overall looks. I’m no makeup expert, but watching my sister work on her clients for years, I can distinguish between good and bad makeup.
