Aryan has been granted bail. But he can’t leave the country, had to surrender his passport.

He can’t evne leave greater Mumbai region without investigating officer permission.

Has to appear every Friday to ncb office to mark his attendance, which is a bit excessive as even rhea had to go only once a month.

also out of the 6 drug related cases, ncb has dropped three cases except for the Aryan one, nawab mailk son in law and another BW actor case. Which is making people speculate that they are going to file charge sheet which will make his case go to trial which can take up to 5 years.

Also srk was spotted in Delhi, even though he tried his best to stay anon. His staff was spotted and he was hidden behind an umbrella.. which is also making people speculate that he went to Delhi to meet the people in power

Justwandering gave a good summary. Apart from that, all the various witnesses are turning on each other.

1. Kiran Gosavi - the taklu in the selfie was arrested by Pune cops for previous cases that had been filed against him. The NCB wants to talk to him and went to NDPS court to get permission to interrogate him. They don't have jurisdiction and told them to go and file for permission in the Pune court.

2. Prabhakar Sail - Taklu's bodyguard. He was the first witness to turn hostile and has said Gosavi, Sam D'Souza, Sunil Patil, Manish Bhanushali and others were planning on extorting 25 crores from SRK. 8 crores had to be given to NCB director Sameer Wankhede. He has given statements to the Mumbai Police and the NCB vigilance committee.

3. Sam D'Souza - He says it's Gosavi, Sail and Sunil Patil who are frauds and were planning on extorting money. He was only involved because Sunil Patil asked him to link them to Pooja. He claims 50 lakhs was paid but when he found out they were frauds, he returned the money back to Pooja.

4. Sunil Patil - Some BJP operative from Gujarat and alleged mastermind of the extortion plot. He says he got a list of people who were supposed to be on the ship and he sent it to Gosavi. He is giving interviews that he's being threatened and he was beat up and that he has nothing to do with the extortion. He says he got the list of people on the ship to be caught from Neeraj Yadav, a close aide of Kailash Vijayvargiya - National General Secretary of the BJP.

5. Manish Bhanushali - another witness and BJP party worker. Sail and others have claimed he was part of the extortion. He says he was not and that he was only an informer and it was Sunil Patil who gave him the list of names on the ship. He also claims there is a threat to his life. He's being summoned by the Mumbai Police but not sure if he went or not.

These 5 were witnesses in the NCB raid. I think there might have been a 6th witness - Fletcher Patel. He is a family friend of Wankhede and appears as a witness in multiple cases.

There is another man named Vijay Pagare who has also come forward. He says Aryan was deliberately framed by Gosavi and the other men in order to make 25 crores from extortion. He claims Bhanushali asked him to go get money with him and he heard them talking about the 25 crores and that it had been negotiated to 18 crores out of which 50 lakhs had been taken. He says he had been following Sunil Patil around because Patil owed him money and he was told he would get it back because they were getting money soon (from the Aryan case).

There are currently various teams working on this case. There is an NCB SIT team probing the drug case. Wankhede was removed from it though he claims it's not true. There is also an NCB Vigilance team probing Wankhede and whether or not he was involved in the extortion plot. There are also two Mumbai Police teams. One Mumbai Police SIT team is investigating the extortion plot and another team is investigating Wankhede's SC certificate and whether or not he's actually a Dalit.

Currently - Pooja Dadlani has been summoned twice by the Mumbai Police team but she's skipped it citing her health. A 3rd summons is expected to be issued soon.

I think I've managed to summarize it. If there are any mistakes, someone please correct me.

It looks like he’s planning to fly back home every weekend or 10 days, but to be honest even that doesn’t sound safe anymore… he went out to see aryan in jail and they showed up at his door and tried to enter his home, what if he goes out of country and his house or his offices get raided in name of investigation? Unless his entire family lives abroad he isn't safe, which Aryan can't..they can't leave him alone… srk should stay in mannat cause raiding it when srk is there or arresting srk is international news…

Gauri,suhana and aryan are walking targets now…He went to Delhi…maybe got some assurance, hence going but modi/shah have tasted blood…. Found a way to get to srk without touching him but making him hurt more…Itni asaani se choorain ge nahin 😔

I have a feeling the media articles aren't true. I think they're just making up stuff because everyone wants news about SRK and there isn't any.

Pooja hasn't even gone to her summons yet so there's no chance she can leave to Spain while making excuses of being sick to the police. Until all this is more sorted out, I don't think he can go anywhere.

I just have an ominous feeling. I won't be shocked if SRK wraps up the two films he's working on and then just stays at home after that. His heart is not going to be in movies until they figure out what to do with Aryan's future. His life and career are already made but Aryan is stuck in hell. They should make him start working. It will keep his mind off his troubles. Give him a script and make him direct it.

I wonder how NCB is going to defend those WA chats....they held Aryan over a WA chat that wasn't even related to the whole case....will they now say that WA chats don't matter any more??

This is what the article saying too… he’s just wrapping up the commitments he already made.

Pathan is already almost done, I think two songs and one action sequence left… it’s already been delayed for months now… he will eventually have to go and wrap it up…

Yes, I agree with Rose, there is also Nawab Malik who incessantly causes a stir with findings, allegations, questions...

I really want SRK to work on his commitments...there are so many people depending on his contribution... Even though this "news" may be only a rumour, it makes sense that he doesn't want to be away from his family for a long stretch.

I think, Aryan is not like media tries to paint him...he may be an introvert (like his father is in privat) but he doesn't lack occupation and I'm sure he profits in his own way of the imposed restrictions.
