Khanyadaan of kajol..

I think more than the epi the precap was the highlight ...

Drama will be there and kajol will surely still cry to get her mother's trust..By the look of it Anurag was leaving the mad house..The more planning and plotting the not so smart pair of Arjun/noyna do, it backfires on their faces..Here same will happen to choose between her and kajol and this will change kajol's destiny..

Why I feel it's the khanyadaan of kajol.. I liked how they executed the scene..Chondona removing her hand from Kajol and instantly Anurag holds her hand in his.Indirectly chondona will do the ritual called khanyadaan of kajol..

Second bit I like about the execution is the proposal of Anurag ..on one side the mother chose noyna and here Anurag says I choose you and will never leave you..Knowing Anurag he is a man who will keep his promise so kajol better say a yes to him and leave that ungrateful family of hers..

Haha, I like your thinking; but I dont think Kajol will say yes for now; hopefully tomorrow Anurag finds out he is already engaged to Priyanka because Nania will say something if Kajol does not😃

The good thing is that Anurag is man of his words so no, he wont leave Kajol.even if she says no - which is what will happen tomorrow or remainder of week or else I will be the 1st to say I called it wrong - but circumstances will change and she will agree of her own accord or she will be forced into it - I'd rather she agree of her own accord but let's see

What does khanyadaan mean? Is it like you are handing over your son/daughter in marriage?

Wow!! Nice observation, even though I would prefer that Pishima do the actual Kanyadaan and Chandana stay far far away but the symbolism is there.

BOLD: Yes it is where a parent or someone in lieu of a parent when they are not there gives the daughter/bride as a gift to the groom. Kanya means girl and Daan means donation.

So many symbolism we are getting since the Durga puja for Anurag/kajol union.. This one too is a nice one as the mother or father gives the right hand of the bride in the right hand of the groom..

Kajol will have to agree as one story won't move forward ..second it's high time she stops crying for the ungrateful mother and makes her own destiny..

I hope and will be happy if creatives show kajol's Baba like before in her dilemma and to take the right decision to marry Anurag.. Rest of family she does not need them..

You are completely missing the point I am trying to make.

You said she better say yes. I explained why she won’t and also logically speaking shouldn’t at this point of time. Future mein obviously they will get married. I am talking about how things stand at present.

When did I say they are actually having an affair or Anurag is not genuine? I am giving you the reasons simply why Kajol might refuse initially. And that too maybe. We will see what happens.

Also, consent should always be there for a woman even if the person asking her to marry is in your words impossible not to love.

I agree....this is why she wont say yes YET, becoz first and foremost she thinks he is about to get married to Priyanka. And then if she says yes, all the accusations of before will be proven right.

Maybe her father will help making the right decision, becoz he has already told her abt the person entering her life as the rock solid sahara. But ofcourse Kajol has nooo clue who this person might be let alone its Anurag
