She fell from stairs...so got aborted

Uterus itni jaldi khraab waise nahi hota..

But in serial they said..uterus is khraab(might be excessive bleeding due to injury or abortion can lead to infection also) and this uterus had to removed

So this means..she has ovaries..which can profuce eggs but no uterus which means she cant sustain a pregnancy

Aage jaake purvi ka egg and viru ka sperm use krke..surrogacy karwa skte hai..like in movie MIMI ..if u have seen.
