I think as an actress she is alright but her character is just very self centered. She sees what she wants to see, thinks what she wants to think. Even if that confusion happened where abhimanyu got arohis number instesd of akshu and ended up calling her - one silly incident doesnt tell you that he might have feelings for you. So silly man! Im glad abhimanyu asked her straight up what part of his behavior led her on, because he clearly didnt!

I loved that scene as well. It was done well and extremely clear.

Exactly my question too! Abhi never mentioned either of the name - in fact goenkas just assumed. And when abhi did want to tell kairav after he asked which sister he is talking about - dadi brushed it off saying she knows eveything and what is in his heart. And all goenkas sre blaming abhi. Matlab kuch bhi. As Mush said everyone should be blamed other than abhi💯💯💯

abhi ne bhi bola tha ki daadi bol rhi thi hum sab jante hai thnk god abhi is so clear just like a real person not like typical serial wala jo misunderstand kr le sab kuch ...even many male leads toh bas misunderstandings hi create krte rehte hain😔

The only good part was Abhi coming clean about his feelings and walking Kairav, Akshara and rest of the family member down his path to falling for akshu. I was so glad he had started form the very beginning and mentioned about the bracelet - which kind of made kairav understand that he hadn't been playing with his sisters...idk about others but i'm pretty sure Kairav understood. it might take him some time to wrap his head around it but he will encourage akshara to go to him at one point.

coming to arohi:

please tell me i'm not the only one who got scared of her expressions? she looked like abhi kisiko kha jayegii 🤣

she was spitting fire, and shooting daggers through her huge eyes everytime abhi asked akshu to confess her love for him...and after the goenkas confirmed that they initially wanted abhi for akshara, it looked like Arohi felt extremely betrayed by all the family members and all her insecurities just came back to give her a reality check of her place in this house, like a splash of cold water. everything just confirmed her fears that Just like Seerat, she is also considered "#2" because she is "sautela"?

Akshu ofc just stayed mute the whole time - not a single word from her and in the precap it showed that abhi leaves the goenka house heartbroken.

Honestly, I don't understand why everyone was blaming abhi? Believe it of not but It was EVERYONE'S fault BUT abhimanyu's! stupid Manjari making stupid assumptions, Goesnkas although initially on the right track not clearing the MU when they saw arohi's name on the Paan, kairav although did have an idea about abhi liking akshu didn't feel the need to ask abhimanyu that why he might have sent rishta for arohi - matlab how the HECK does such confusion even arise among such smart people?! This whole MU thing is HORRIBLY executed to say the least...so much so, that such intense episode turned into comedy to me.

Anyway, I'm rooting for the upcoming episodes for a better and well thought-out track for akshara to confess her love to Abhi. As much as i wanted arohi to stay a positive character, it's obviously not gonna happen going by arohi's reactions. So it will be easier for us, or at least for me, to watch the upcoming episodes cause i wouldn't probably feel bad for arohi anymore if she turns out a vamp lol. just gonna focus on AbhiRa.

Do share your thoughts on today's episode because i really wanna know how everyone is taking this siyappa :)

Exactly. I can only imagine the actors thinking what kind of unrealistic MU is going on since weeks.

Though in real life there are many individuals who enjoy putting people into such situations. For example Mahima. She sure is getting some perverted kick seeing her own sister's self respect getting trampled.

I wasn't really bothered about Arohi's acting today. I think she fairly expressed what she was feeling. And also, is her make up and costume, a deliberate attempt to make her look pale in comparison to Akshara? I did not like what she was wearing at all. Because Arohi is a really pretty girl. I actually liked her outfits in the first two episodes than what Akshara was wearing.

I totally absolutely loved Abhimanyu's and Kairav's performance. And Mahima too. Very subtle changes in her face and you can read exactly what's going through her mind. I especially loved her reaction when Manish mentioned how from their side, the rishta was for Akshara. She was like "bonus"

One thing I would want to say, and again this is for sure an unpopular opinion, is that I actually thought Arohi's expressions were spot on in yesterday's episode. I mean, she was furious, heartbroken, hamiliated, and most of all felt betrayed by first Abhi and then Akshu and then finally all the family members when she got to know they chose abhi for akshu and not her (which obv is not right for her to feel but I understand where she was coming from) - and I thought she did amazing at executing all those emotions without uttering a single word. it was written all over her face. I am not an Arohi fan but I don't hate her either (YET)😆.

Also, idk why i'm supporting all these negative characters but lmao I honestly like Mahima more than Manjiri. At least that woman is sensible and not dumb to make stupid assumptions like Manjiri. Also, her acting is quite solidGood asset for YRKKH

I agree with you regarding karishma .she is good doing this kind of role. She only has to work on her acting while being happy and excited...

I agree that the circumstances relating to this MU have been hilariously farcical in what world does a man like Abhimanyu, so sorted and self-possessed and understanding of his own feelings, in what world does he not mention the name of his love even ONCE to his own mother? and baaki logon ki foolishness in this is even more laughable. The crossed connections between the Goenkas and the Birlas at various levels have been nothing short of ridiculous. Never would this happen IRL, that a rishta gets to the point of a tilak and nobody's even mentioned the girl's name once, let alone met her

That said, the one thing I did like about this ep was that now, finally, everything is out in the open in front of everyone. Abhimanyu left no stones unturned in clarifying the truth of his feelings. In front of everyone - ye nahi ke he only said it to half the room or Arohi was conveniently out of the room or Akshu had turned away and didn't hear it or whatever. Nope. Every single person from Dadi right down to the girls themselves have heard the truth. Arohi may be able to manipulate Akshu to sacrifice Abhimanyu "for her" but she can't claim or make Akshu believe he doesn't love her. The last few episodes with her preening "of course he's calling me, why would he call you?!" were barely tolerable only due to the fact that she genuinely did believe it (why!? when did he ever even look at her long enough to elicit romantic feelings? ) but it would have been even worse if they'd gone down the full vamp route with Arohi knowing that Abhi loved Akshara but making her believe he wanted Arohi instead. At least now there is no more room for confusion on that front. Abhimanyu has made his intentions very clear, now it's up to everyone else to decide what they want to do about that.

As for Arohi, I did feel a little bad for her as the conversation kept going. Not only did she have to hear many times from Abhi how he did NOT love her, but especially hearing the admission from her family that they'd initially sought the rishta for Akshu anyway. It was said casually, in a very matter of fact, "Akshu is the eldest so obviously" kind of way, and I'm sure that's exactly what the family intended, but for Arohi it's yet another poke at her wound of always being "second best". I liked the actress's expressions - and the accompanying flashback - as she came to this realisation. Of course now it will depend on how Arohi faces this situation, and sadly we all know she won't accept it with grace and without blaming her sister.

Of the Birlas, I also think Mahima is my favourite...she may be manipulative and using this situation to her advantage, but she's clearly also the smartest person in that family (Abhi included, sometimes 🤣)! The actress plays her very well, showing us both her vulnerabilities when her husband dismisses her, and her arrogance in the way she passes that hurt along to others like Manjiri and Akshara. There are some very interesting dynamics at play in that family.
