See, I still think Arohi did a good job in the first few days. But her performance yesterday and today were hardly subdued according to me. I felt embarrassed because it was just too much. And she is hardly cool, she has a very stoic expression I get but she always looks like she is on the verge of an explosion like a ticking bomb. Like you always have to be on your toes if you are around her because you cannot know what you say will trigger her. This is exactly what preventing me from liking her character so much. Like she is always on edge and she will lose it if the world doesn't revolve around her. That kind of self obsession is kind of difficult to like atleast for me.

Also, one expects more empathy from doctors. She has got no empathy going for her.

Arohi has no empathy nor sympathy other than for herself, and I think that’s why I don’t like her as a character especially for a doctor.

Doctors shouldn’t let their personal lives/conflicts/opinions get into their professional lives. (that goes for any profession but I feel being a doctor you can’t have grudge/ hatred/etc with a patient based on your personal feelings towards them).

At the beginning of this season AG tells Akshu that professional life and personal life should be like train tracks (travel parallel together but never intertwined) cut I think they forgot to tell that to Arohi cause she’s the main cause of Akshu’s panic attack and the only time and reason she was civil to Akshu was because of Abhi, you can’t be a doctor and be like that.

Todays epi was not worthehile to rewatch because of arohi's scenes otherwise i use to watch yrkkh multiple times after abhira's entry...but its better to skip todays epi...waiting for tomorrow's epi.

Doing positive roles are harder because you have make the scene not look bland or overdose of sweetness.... While in negative roles you can show the hate and disgust quiet openly...

Karishma did good in first two episodes... She beautifully shown the hate and non attachment from Akshara great but she was not confident about the showcasing happiness and those butterflies in her stomach. But one good thing she did she showed that she is not in love with Abhimanyu... He is just like a trophy she wants. And also she is delusional.

Today Pranali's acting shines.... She was confident that the rishta came for her and was concern about her sister too but with the confidence Aarohi spoke and then Manjiri writing Aarohi and Abhi name on paan ka patta, she got confused.... Nd then feel betrayed ... Nd slowly she thought she was just building castles in the sand... That she mistook Abhimanyu good behaviour as he is interested in her and that lead to her heartbreak... Her masking her emotions... The fake smile... The pain... Beautifully portrayed by her.

I totally agree. Pranali did such a fab job today, she showed so many emotions in one single epsiode. She was happy but she managed to make that happiness appear heartbroken. The end part where she walks off and that forced smile turns into sadness was pure acting. But she is an experienced actress so this much is expected. She has done a negative role in her previous show and I saw snippets of it and I did not feel I was watching the same person who now plays the sweet Akshara.

I just fast forward through Arohi’s part and watch the rest (today’s episode), because I think Pranali performed splendidly as Akshu, the confusion/but still trying to fix the issue and then the realization and heartbreak. She was too good.

Pranali's character was not explored much... Especially in KUDCA.... SSP really did dirty with her there.

Karishma have her off sides in acting and that's understandable. Tbh I did not felt anything today except that she have to work on in her voice modulation and expression while showcasing happiness, being in love and the feeling we get due to butterflies in our stomach. Also there was this fleeting admiration from my side for her... Being a newbie, she is actually doing good and with time she will improve. She has that zeal to learn and is a very well spoken person.... Have watched her IVs.... She really is something.

Since day 1 of this new season everyone here was trashing Akshara’s acting and praising Aarohi to the skies, but when I finally watched the show I found the opposite to be true.

I found nothing special about Aarohi’s acting- in fact, it’s very one-note with limited expressions.

perhaps it’s the character that people find more attractive in terms of substance hence automatically are calling her the much better actress when that really isn’t the case

Also never heard of Karishma before this. I've basically stopped watching Indian daily soaps so yrkkh is a comeback for me. Karishma wasnt too bad in my opinion, she expressed herself well and her character is supposed to be reserved because she thinks noone cares for her so I guess it was not so bad considering all that. I didnt think it was terrible acting anyway. But pranali stole today's show that's all.

I have heard of Pranali because I have watched the promo of Kyun Utthey Dil Chod Aaya.... Man, the title track of that serial is 🔥🔥

Nd then I watched her in some promos of Barrister Babu.... Read some post about her because I found her really beautiful and cute nd saw many praising her acting and then how her character in Radha was not even given screen space and all.

Karishma is a debutant... Before it she was a flight attendant as mentioned in on her interview.

I have to say the past couple of episodes (Friday's and Saturday's maha) I got to see how good of an actor Pranali can be. I thought she was able to express all the range of emotions that Akshara was going through: confusion, sadness, happiness, pain of losing someone she had just started to fall in love with, concern for Arohi's feelings, and happiness for her sister

I felt in the beginning there were times she was a little over the top with the sweet cherry attitude. But now I see why she was picked to play Akshara.

I think Karishma is a fairly good actor as well. I think she nails the anger scenes well but needs to work on how to emote the happiness and giddy scenes better.

Anyways the drama has just started. I have seen both good and not so great acting scenes from both and I'm sure both of them will continue to grow and learn as the series progresses. They are surrounded by some great veteran actors that can help them hone their craft even more.
