Like Kundra told him later,. Rajeev was frustrated from being on the losing side and the VIPs getting priviliges. So their joking around sent him over the edge. Its not about VIP team bitching and not having guts to joke in front of them. He and Kundra had a talk later and they are fine now. Rajeev definitely looked stupid bringing that issue. He should just have addressed his displeasure for VIP team not favouring him instead.
