Loved Ram in this episodeā¦.. his patience & good nature was taken for granted by ppl including Priya for too long.
As a brother, he has complete rights to take decisions on his family. Didnāt Shivina and Akshay know they were adults and can make their own decisions??
Priya could have adviced the sameā¦. Since wedding, sheās the one who has been saying that isnāt a real marriage but just namesake and blah blah. But, when Ram points it outā¦.she feels hurt & betrayed!! šÆ
If Sandy was in Shivinaās place, would Priya have agreed or encouraged her to elope & marry without a thought?
As Ram said- āwho gave her the right to decide on Shivinaās lifeā when he & the mother decided against it??
And, on top of itā¦.she never gave Ram a chance to explain?? She used to cut him off or snub himā¦.she carries a lot of assumptions and acts accordingly, but never stops & ponders. Here too, she agreed to sign the annulment papers as she herself didnāt believe in this marriage or relationship. Now, when Ram confronts she says marriage is her reality and though itās a compromise she believes in this institution.
Note: Writersā¦.pls donāt confuse characters and audiencesā¦.you guys are putting stuff as and when you like it. Priya & Ram are strong characters with their own flaws and baggagesā¦as audiences we want to see them overcome all their hurdles & build a relationshipā¦.not behave like fools sometimes. At places there is no logic at allā¦.like how was Raj supposed to know Ram was allergic to prawns. Arenāt they doing to dig deep?? Why the hell was Meera silent?? Isnāt she at fault too for hiding the truth? Isnāt the righteous Priya going give a piece of her mind to her mother??
Nonetheless, I like Priya & Ram. Watching an Ekta serial after decades as I like these two actorsā¦.just hope the team doesnāt screw it up.
