Just an aside-thought (as I'm stumbling over so many articles while reading): I never liked the ShivSena because I think that they are closer to the BJP thinking than to a democratic and secular thinking...and I've the impression that they are against SRK (see Raees times and MNIK boycott).

So, this article reflects a bit my own assumptions (sorry, If I get more political, but what was done to Aryan and through him to SRK is - also - political):

Shiv sena do things mostly for publicity. They were ok when SRK met them personally. BJP is another matter

hopefully for Aryan's and SRK's good neither Pooja nor Chikki are needed anymore (like Ananya skipped the summon). Even without the extortion angle, Aryan's case is without substance, so maybe the lawyers try to stick at the raw (and false) proceeding to get Aryan (and SRK) free from ANY accusation.

Aryan skipped as he really need to inform now about extortion/kidnapping thing also his statement should match with Pooja and Chiki uncle statement

Aryan already said he has nothing to do Nawab Malik allegations in the court but now he should be careful coz if he brings about kidnapping his previous statement might nullify or could be booked for providing wrong or half information

Extortion hua to hai,, remember Suhana liked extortion tweet then removed as they might dont want go that side but it seems now they are thinking about probability

Ok so Aryan was thinking that Gosavi is NCB officer dosen't know about kidnapping, but Aryan said to Gosavi that call Pooja as no one pick the call at this time,,,,🤔

Aryan was left with Gosavi, it’s failure of officer on duty.. he must have just asked her number as someone at home needed to be informed. How was he to know.

There must be a reason why they are stalling.

Aryan was in jail at the time so he would not know what is happening in the outside world. It's okay for him to be completely oblivious to what happened. I don't think they can ask him anything about extortion because he wasn't there to witness anything.

That info would have to come from Pooja or Chikki. I think they keep delaying the summons so that they can see what developments are happening with Nawab Malik and the rest of the investigation first.

That's what I think, too.

Guys chill ....nothing is going to happen to Aryan or SRK or Pooja...

If the extortion is proven ....It was Gosavi who called Pooja or SRK...Gosavi is not from NCB...so basically Pooja/SRK received a call from outside of NCB telling them that their son was been taken in custody by NCB and they need to give him money to let Aryan out...there was no way for SRK to know if Aryan was in NCB's custody or was kidnapped by some gang asking for money...he feared for his son's life.....he sends Pooja with money....Pooja talks to these people and realizes that Aryan is indeed in NCB's custody and the deal is withdrawn...

The link between NCB and Gosavi has been proven several times....Wankhede is going to shit in his pants trying to prove that he didn't know that Gosavi is asking for money from SRK

NCB will have to explain first how once Aryan was in their custody ...Gosavi got hold of Aryan and even managed to make him talk to Pooja....Aryan at that point would have no way of knowing who Gosavi was....remember he was distressed and without a lawyer to advise him at that point....NCB literally put Aryan's life in danger and SRK if he wants can sue their pants off...if at all.....NCB is answerable to SRK not the other way around....what happened with the deal in the first few hours is all immaterial.....as NCB let outsiders deal with Aryan....they could have made Aryan say anything to Pooja...Imagine in real kidnapping case...someone making u say things at gunpoint....how was SRK to know who these people were and if Aryan is not being made to say things...

NCB has made a big booboo....and SRK's lawyer are going to get them..Just remember....Aryan/SRK/Pooja are all victims in this case....
