I'm sure very few of us know much about Nepali cuisine....

Just now, I googled about all the sweets you mentioned, loved reading about them😊......I realized rice is used a lot...and it is distinct from Indian sweets..

This might be my next "to cook" dishes 😊

In general we also make gujia...with coconut and khoya stuffing and suji and khoya stuffing.

And then her FPs are like her expressions are killer! Arey bhai she just kills the intensity of episodes with these expressions🤔

Yes rice is used a lot...there is one caste called Newar and their cuisine (newari) is the most popular..they have more than 100+ dishes...when I'm in ktm almost everyday I gorge on newari food😆

It also goes well with basic rice kheer or sewaiyaan kheer... You wont get these easily...Satthu paratha is getting its space now however...

These are just few to name but there are also a variety of meat dishes which is also especially cooked during dusherra and diwali 😊

I love pheeni...My grandmother's place is very close to Nepal border...so would get to eat these a lot back then...

Middle parting is not suiting her at all...
