No romy...viru did asked her to give him divorce...but it was never shown...hence there is a confusion about their marital status.

Vir claimed also that Purvi is his wife but they just showed them leave the Haveli with kids.. Clarity kahaan dikhaayi usme bhi.. That was most ridiculous.. Aise hi koi bhi aake kisi ki wife ko le jaayega and all is ok...
