Indeed, it was trolling to the nth level. They still hold a grudge because of audience reaction after the Mandaar track. I am not expecting romance all the time but for a love story, there was very little of it and now it will end at light speed.
Nahin chahiye RaghVi. Give us Raghav Rao and Pallavi Sawant and their stories (either as individuals or as a pair making a fresh start).
Agree jean.. when you see other shows and then our show which is going to complete 250 episodes.. the leads didnt even scratch the surface when it came to romantic scenes!!! And honestly nobody is expecting romance all the time but this whole hullabaloo around the couple and their scenes is because the audience was deprived of the intensity this couple showed earlier. The intensity that everyone anticipated will come and it didnt come and then audience just got frustrated!
Mandaar track was something everyone expected.. so it shouldve ideally been a well-thought track. The onus of the failure lies entirely on the writers. If they wanted to play the kartavya vs pyar to the gallery and have the audience root for pallavi and raghvi, then the confession shouldnt have happened.. raghvi marraige shouldve been proven null and void.. or if they didnt want a raghvi remarriage, they couldve gotten mandaar to fake prove that his marriage to pallavi stands legal and raghvi’s null . pallavi’s conflict wouldve been real from the characters standpoint.. the angst between raghvi wouldve been real.. audience wouldve tuned in to see how these 2 get together. Even the cringeworthy scenes between mandaar and pallavi automatically wouldve become palatable.. so it was the execution that went wrong and the audience gave feedback.. yes, the response was extremely harsh and the harshness was uncalled for but the execution by the writing team was also that extremely faulty!!! Any track should either be extremely logical or be emotionally hitting from the leads pov and mandaar’s track was none..
