I also think this might likely happen....because something big needs to break Adi and Imli not remembering him because of him will be shattering to him...not MC or baby loss...and it will give them a chance to reboot the love story again with new guy interference.

And yes, only this will break Adi (knowing the truth will but not for long cuz Imlie forgives him in an instant, so again, they can't drag), and as you said, they can reboot the love story with the new guy causing roadblocks.

My heart literally broke when Imlie recalled Malini's warning all while Babusaheb was saying itna toh pata hai na ki hum tumse pyar karte hain and feeding her...it almost felt like she wanted that moment to pause. I literally prayed with her today! 😔
