Virat when he thought he loves pakhi

Mesmerized by sai, wanted her attention, gets jealous of other guys for her, flirts with her, wanted sai to behave as his wife,wanted to spend time with her.

Sai when she thought she doesn't love virat

Forgives virat for his abuse, gives in to virat romantic advances, playfully flirts with him, enjoy spending time with him.

But don't want to see this relationship beyond deal/ friendship. Virat needed sunny to make him realise what he has for sai is love. Virat don't have any barriers or insecurities, he is free to love sai but sai isn't. On her marriage day itself sai is told by her husband to not expect anything from him. Throughout the year she saw her husband & his equation with his ex. She saw his ex claiming rights on her husband. She saw her husband not stopping his ex from crossing lines (most of the times). And she saw how abusive her husband gets when things don't get well between them.

Now she got a chance to have peaceful life with this friendship phase. No barriers,no responsibilities,no insecurities now. No fear of getting into fight, no fear of getting questioned as wife. She is happy with this platonic bond right now. Many people who were in love for years would be scared for marriage. Whereas sai saw what she had to go through in her marriage phase. Now she don't want to go back to that atleast not soon. She wants to have her own time. Don't want to think her relationship with virat as romantic one. If virat makes romantic moves towards her she won't resist because of her unrealised feelings for him, but if virat won't make romantic moves towards her she would be absolutely okay (in this phase) as what all she wants from this relationship is friendship not more than that.

Virat's unrealised feelings towards sai (when he thought he loved other woman & giving explanation to other woman) is cute

Whereas sai unrealised feelings towards virat (when she thinks she doesn't love him or he loves other woman) is irritating?

I took this comparision in order to know the difference between two. About physical proximity, virat & sai on their first night itself got physical unknowingly & virat got lost in her when both don't love each other. Why can't both think whatever close moments they share is just attraction which normally people do going with the flow. Otherwise virat would have wondered by this time that why would sai recipocrates his romantic moves if she doesn't love him.

If it's about sai not getting virat hints then he needs to be consistent. Sai already proved wrong by giving into virat's hints where pool side confrontation of virat pakhi gave her reality check. She don't want to face that again.

I get virat wants more than friendship but if he can't be patient with Sai then he does not deserve her..there is nothing wrong with Sai wanting to prolong this friendship phase where finally they are getting along, even when they are about to fight- they calm themselves down, they can share things with each other, they are still behaving like spouses but friends tag takes out the judgement, the responsibility and makes them more free.

There is nothing wrong taking more times..but she shouldn't harping on friendship in front of all just like she used to do it earlier with deal marriage.. She was so embarrassed when p* movies about their sleeping arrangements.. But isn't she giving more chance others like p* mock about her relationship with virat....If Virat gives too much leeway to P* for interfering in his marriage then Sai too has given her many reasons to meddling their marriage..

Virat flips.. He has no control over his emotions when it comes to Sai.. His inability to shut P* led so many problems in his life.. He is way too much soft towards her and always tries to save her honour.. One day he would say we had no past but in another moment he would refer his past as gulal..

Makers never balances any tracks.. They are going overboard with mirchi and modak.. SaiRat start a conversation but would laugh away..

They insulted her when she went to hospital as wife, they insulted her when virat bought a gift just for her- his wife n claimed that ot was wrong for virat to listen to her, dothings for her. There are umpteen instances of Sai being made to feel unworthy of bring Virats wife by pp n family. Virat in the past has allowed pp to get away with too much in the name of "friendship".

So whatever Sai does, CN have problem with it. Deal hai toh problem, asli hai toh problem. Dost hai toh problem. Ghar mei hai toh problem, nahi hai toh bhi problem.

Harping about deal or friendship is her defensive thing. She don't like the idea of having normal husband & wife relationship with virat because of her own insecurities but she is unknowingly being virat's wife. Sai asserted her rights on virat as wife to pakhi but nothing changed. Instead pakhi started targetting her more which eventually made sai give up her rights on virat. She has to grow up....I understand that she is protecting herself from getting hurt..She has to see where they stand in this marriage..Its high time that she gives it a thought once she leaves after completing studies Virat will be left without any family ..sai should think more deeply that once she leaves whether she will be able to live without Virat at all...Sai often does contradicts her own behaviour..

Here both SaiRat acting dumb ..Virat being dumb and blind both at the same time..Often acts like a complete jerk.. So I agree the less is said about him the better....He can see that P*s explicitly showing hatred towards his wife still failed to take any strong stands..He was preaching about respect when he is the one who talks softly who speaks rubbish with his mother.. If Virat's own mothers pain could not nudge him then I believe that he is beyond redeemable.. 🤢Those words equality and respect sounds fake from him.. 👎🏼

In ghum not a single character is spotless..Not even Sai.. She has her own share of flaws.. She has to fight with her own demons.. And there isn't any point comparing both key character's acts..

Makers are failing to balance this track.. On top of that they are going over board with lot of things.. This friendship track is brought to reduce the uneasiness between them.. But nothing sort is happening.. What's the point of getting touchy touchy if none is capable to see the changing dynamics ..

@bold for that she needs to have some time & peace. Ever since she started falling for him, she didn't get the time & space to introspect. Whenever she tried, she faced uncomfortable situations. When samrat asked her to see this relationship in different view, she did gave it a thought but on the same day cafe incident happened. Since then we know what happened. After her discharge she got busy with nini anniversary thing at the same time got the feeling that friendship phase is good. Had this friendship phase continue for long without any interruptions she would have definitely introspected about what she wants. For her she is happy with friendship phase now. The part that virat will be left out without family after her studies don't make sense according to sai pov. Because sai didn't proposed deal marriage it is virat who proposed it. More than virat it is sai who will be left without family after her studies.

Family I meant kids and wife 🙈
