The difference between host and guest is that one is Salman Khan and other one is a random TV actress.

Fact is Vishal is a hypocrite. He can't hear anything from Devoleena because she wasn't in top 7 but won't dare to open his voice in front of Salman who has never played the game as a contestant.

Others didn't disrespect Devoleena or any other guest who came in the house. If they respect Salman, they respect the guests as well.
