Can i say Swapna maushi is my fav character right now. She gives it back to bk n everyone else amazingly. I wish she could've been a consistent presence. What awesome body language, expressions, aura. Who is this actor? I love her. In a cameo she has infused so much! From her fiercesness about her sister, to the pain at her sisters pain, her love , her happiness that ninad apologized to her sister n acknowledged their relationship, her sage wisdom for virat n also her warmth for Sai n her subtle but amazing jibes to Bk. uff. Kya nazakat. Kya adaa. I love that her outfit n jewelry, makeup are simpler but she absolutely destroys BK. Her personality is enough for the whole room. She doesn't need no external shimmer/glitter/shine. Her personality is enough. She stood apart from the whole room.
Virat should model himself after such elders.
I wish they had shown some more bonding of virat with his maushi...
I love how swapna uses bk style language only more elegant n sophisticated- to make things she say hit bk where desired. Ashwini is the oldest "suhagan" bahu n bk is the "budhiya" (bk called herself that, swapna only implied it) who should focus on raam naam. Sai couldn't stop her giggle like me! 😂

As much as bk had been whitewashed recently, i think she's still a horrible person. She is an opportunist who is utterly materialistic, pompous and self centered who likes attention, wants to claim credit for everyone's happiness n progress. Kuch accha hua toh unke vajah seh, bura hua toh dusron ki galti. When shes at fault, she never apologizes, just has a few crocodile tears n fake BS dialogues to manipulate everyone. Bk deserves some more barbs thrown at her.
Today she needlessly commented on cake cutting.
And in the end she is ruining Sairats plan of giving the couple celebrating their anniversary some private time. Sairat are suggesting NiNi will eat in their room alone where they arranged something but bk is adamant about not allowing that. 🙄 I hope Sai will successfully ensure NiNi eat dinner alone.
Also I'm not sure how auratein eating first is happening if everyone is eating saath saath..virat didnt say the men will serve. Whatever. 🙄
I fast forwarded the pp/sonali/kari scene. Coz obviously they are all useless n anti Sai, anti Sairat too..
But on the flipside devi, swapna maushi have been blessing Sairat to be happy. ♥️ Devi is confident that the friendship will become love. N swapna has rightly told virat to value Sai, hold her hand and never hurt her.. Virat is giving lovesick looks but didnt really reply in the affirmative to his maushi which i am very disappointed about- atleast he could have nodded his head but Sai is clearly exceedingly hesitant to make any big commitments of love n forever- once bitten twice shy- but Sai is multiple times bitten. She has seen the nateeja of exercising her haq as Virats baiko- taunts, jibes, insults, hurt, pain and insecurities. Everytime she took one step, she was given rude shocks that she is just an obligation..so now she is happy playing friendship game with virat. She says what they have now is "very good" and nervously looks at Virat hoping he will agree. She doesn't want to rock the boat. And i understand that.
She says there is no need for every friendship to turn into love but virat says some friendships change with time. Sai looks at him quizzically but he just smiles it off with a head nod.
As usual pp is taunting virat as joru ka ghulam but finally virat has progressed beyond just 1 word responses to pp. Today he says more than bass. He says- bass, Enough, no need for bakwaas about Sai. Baiko herself interrupted him after that because she came to get everyone for dinner.
Virat has also said with confidence that Sai n him will do everything together n stressed on "equality" in the relationship. But tbh i think virat till now has held more power n more of the cards of this relationship by being the "provider" , the older one, the one who has provided financial support, food, shelter. The one who originally made the shaadi a deal. Eventually shaadi not being a deal is also more so because HE is over his past. If Virat was not over his past, Sai could never come to expect anything from her husband. Sai has never even been given an opportunity to consider that she could have a boyfriend or a relationship with someone else- one because of the conservative mindset n her own attachments to virat who atleast namesake is always her husband, she wears all the embellishments of a married woman at all times and two- because of the degree of unhealthy possessiveness and anger displayed by virat. Sai is amyway a person who will wear her blinders and focus on her studies but Virats extreme reactions have probably subconsciously scarred her for sure. So neither did Sai have a past nor does she actually have an option to actually seek a relationship outside the "deal". Virat's ex is in their life 24x7 but Sai cant even mention the name of a boy without seeing Virat go crazy.
And if virat abandons Sai because she isnt reciprocating his affections as he wants, that will once again show that virat wants everything at his pace. So thats not equality. I want genuine equality some day.
Also if he abandons her for a permanent transfer then what happens of devi's superstition that was used as bait to make Sai return?! Everyone including virat seems to have accepted that as a home truth.
I would definitely prefer a more organic realization. That doesn't mean certain triggers arent needed but I personally dont want to see extreme things happening as a trigger. Like the threat of a "permanent" and deliberate separation that Virat himself asks for. Maybe more realistic for Virat to just go on a short 1 week mission or something. We need Sai to miss him or realize her judaav being out of love n not just friendship, introspect but not be bulldozed into feeling lonely, scared again that there is no virat and hence no family she has anymore. Also she really needs some serious feeling of security to be instilled rather than being brushed away as ziddi/childish.. something needs to show her that pp is a delusional dumbass n Virat is 100% dil seh over her. Until then Sai will swallow her feelings and wont allow herself to feel for virat like a wife....
Precap- bk sounds like shes goimg to be harsh again. She says Ashwini may think of Sai as beti but I will remind Sai she is bahu n has to do the kartavya of bahu....n she talks of doing something Sai wont like to make Sai see her role as bahu.
I guess her action may be to force Sai to move back in with virat in the same room which will again take away that comfort, breathing space from their relationship and force friction/arguments again sadly. 😢
