If they don't file charges then the case will be closed I guess .Just like Disha Ravi's case because there was no evidence .poor girl spent a month in jail . Or sallu bhai's driving case . But Bhai's blackbuck case is still pending .

of course....its sad that ordinary people are left hanging for years....but Aryan is not an ordinary citizen....NCB will either have to file charges or close the case....that is what Aryan's lawyer said....that there are chances that they will never find a charge sheet because they have no evidence....other than those manipulated WA chats....and those are not admissible as an evidence in courts anyways.....but the Rohatagi also said....that in case they press charges....they will raise all of the illegal actions by NCB...like having Gosavi be with Aryan after he was taken in custody....that was a gross illegal action.....my hunch is that they will keep Aryan hanging for an year or so and then close the case...because they know that if they take it to court ....all the kaali kartoots of NCB will be raised too.....its just a matter of time before they drop charges...there is too much proof against NCB.
